This is 50-year old Robert Tiernan, he is a landscaper with anger management issues that also happens to wield The WeedWacker of DEATH. As he was working on a yard he was approached by a neighbor and the neighbor’s brother who asked him to watch what he was doing because his WeedWacker of DEATH was throwing stones and dirt on to her garden. This immediately angered Robert (anger management issues, remember) who attacked the woman with his WeedWacker of DEATH! Fortunately the woman was fast and only got a few cuts. The brother ran inside and got his friends. They cornered the landscaper and beat his ass with Beer Bottles of DEATH! The cops arrived and arrested the landscaper.
